Spinifex Brewery is located in Margaret River, Western Australia, that focuses on creating craft beers using native Australian ingredients.
The Spinifex Brewing Co. journey began in 2019 with the development of the world’s first native infused craft beer range. Their suppliers consist of a network of Aboriginal farmers who grow and harvest botanicals. They are open and always on the lookout for Indigenous farmers who would like to partner up.

Thorny Devil Brewery is founded in Western Australia by Peter McAppion. The brewery takes its name from the thorny devil lizard, which is native to Western Australia.
Their unique brewing process incorporates rainwater along with time-honoured German techniques utilising custom home-made equipment, and every small, handcrafted batch blends the highest quality, freshest ingredients source from around the globe.

Mead wine, also known as honey wine, is an alcoholic beverage made from fermenting honey with water and yeast. It is believed to be one of the oldest fermented drinks, with a history dating back to ancient times. Mead can be made in a variety of styles, ranging from dry to sweet, and may be flavored with fruits, spices, or herbs. It typically has a golden to amber color and can have a range of alcohol content, from about 5% to 20% or more. Mead is often associated with medieval and Renaissance culture, and is still enjoyed by many today. It can be served chilled or at room temperature, and pairs well with a variety of foods, including cheese, meats, and desserts.

Small Things Wine is founded in 2019 by Ian Batt, Cleve Robinson and Michael Powers with the mindset of making fine wine experience more accessible regardless of lifestyle.
Their wines are made with grapes from a single Margaret River vineyard, are vegan-friendly as it is made without fining or filtration and a handcrafted user-friendly and environmentally-friendly product that is presented in a limited edition can decorated with artwork of the Margaret River landscape.
Small Things Wine is committed to reducing their carbon footprint and preserving the environment. About 90 per cent of the aluminum used by Small Things Wine is recycled aluminum.

Gilberts Wines is a family-owned and operated winery located at Mount Barker, Western Australia. The winery was established in 1990 by the Gilbert family, who have been involved in grape growing and winemaking for over 20 years.
Gilberts Wines produces a range of premium wines, including sparkling, white, red and fortified wines, using traditional winemaking techniques combined with modern technology.
The winery also offers a range of wine tasting experiences and tours, allowing visitors to learn about the winemaking process and sample the wines produced on site. In addition, Gilberts Wines hosts a variety of events and functions throughout the year, including weddings, corporate events and private functions.
